When will my order ship?

Octane Coffee will roast all of your coffee beans once your order is received to ensure quality and freshness. all online orders will ship within 2-3 business days of order.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the continental US. All coffee is delivered by USPS

What is your return policy?

If merchandise is broken/damaged upon arrival, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 
All coffee sales are final. If you received a damaged bag please contact us immediately at atl_sales@octanecoffee.com

Do you ship outside of the USA?

At this time we do not ship outside of the continental US.

How do I change my subscription settings?

click the customer ICON on the web shop, then login to your customer account, select manage subscription.

I don't have an account, how do I manage my subscription settings?

Click the customer ICON on the web shop, click create account, make sure to use the same name and email, used when you made your coffee purchase.  You will now be able to login to your customer account, and manage your subscription preferences.
